I am having a powernap. By which I mean I an lying in bed, (nearly naked) watching Torchwood Children of Earth. Even though I know it’ll only end in tears.
That beautiful, beautiful moment when you get on the scales and you’ve lost just that little bit more weight. I will get those hip bones.
